If you have designed your artwork on a PC please contact us first. If you need any help with your artwork layout our production prices are very resonable, please contact us for an estimate.

BIG STAR PRINTING CHECKLIST

• Please outline your fonts whenever possible.
• Please include all non outlined fonts.
• Include all links or embedd them.
• Submit artwork as CMYK or Pantone colors only NO RGB.
• Draw cropmarks or dieline.
• Pull out all bleeds to at least .125
• Make rich black CMYK breakdown: C-60 M-40 Y-20 B-100
• Save photoshop images as CMYK or GRAYSCALE at 300dpi in JPEG, TIFF or EPS format.
• BITMAP artwork should be created and saved at 1200dpi.
• GIF files are not suited for printing, we will return any GIF file types.
• CMYK Settings: Ink Color: SWOP Coated.
• Dot Gain: 20%.
• Transparency features hold in Illustrator CS or above only.
• Please provide a JPEG or PDF proof with every job.
• Stuff or Zip your files when submitting.
• Let us know when your files have been uploaded.

SUBMITTING FILES

EMAIL
Feel free to submit designs via email under 10MB. We recommend using stuffit or zipit to compress your files before emailing.

FTP
You need an FTP program such as FETCH or Transmit to upload artwork to our FTP server. Trial versions of FTP software can be downloaded for free at download.com

Please use stuffit or zipit before uploading your files.
